Laura Linney is an American actress who has become famous for her portrayal of strong and vulnerable characters. Linney is a member of a theatre family her father was the playwright and writer Romulus Linney. She graduated from Arts Theatre School, Moscow in 1986. Then she earned an M.F.A. at Juilliard School. in New York City in 1990.
